PRTG Core Server can't start

Error on enterprise console was "Not Connected (Error in content:) Read other KB asking to start PRTG Core Server service. But it keeps failing. Already set the service to "Automatic Start (Delayed) but still same issue PRTG version is 15.1.15.2021

Hi Sharin,

It looks like there is an issue with the configuration file. Please follow This Article to replace the configuration file.

Yesterdays config or the one before should work and once you have replaced it restart the PRTG services.

Hi there,

Can you please log on the PRTG Host, open the PRTG Administrator Tool and start the services via the tool? Which error message do you receive?

Hi

It stated "sorry, could not start PRTG Core Server (web server) Could not start webserver for http://A.B.C.D: "" is not a valid integer value."
