Log settings for probes

Votes:

Hi

I've installed a new sensor for a Windows 2008 R2 server.

The sensor is working fine and returning correct values, however the sensor also appears to be writing to the log every 5 minutes, for example with the disk space counter showing 46%. The sensor is set to a lower 3warning limit of 25 so I'd expect it would only report a problem if it fell near this %?

The rest of the settings are inherited from the local probe and other sensors don't seem to have this problem.

I've looked through the settings but can't seem to find any logging options in terms of what to log for each sensor and whether or not to report, is there any settings for this?

Many thanks in advance.

Dear Vince

Do you talk about a log file created in this folder?

C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\Logs (Sensors)
