Can the graph intervals (24 hours, 30 days, etc) be changed to 5 min intervals? also, can the "traffic in" line color be changed and filled in with a color? like MRTG :)

Dear Rodger

The intervals used in the graphs depend on the range. 5 minutes for 30 days would result in 8640 data points, requiring an X axis 8640 pixels wide. PRTG automatically chooses the optimal interval depending on the time frame.

The line color can be changed in the channel settings. On the channel overview tab, please click on the according gauge to open the channel menu. Please set Line Color to Manual to open the color picker.

The graph fills the primary channel. To fill the Traffic In graph, please make that channel the primary one by hovering over its gauge and then clicking on the small pin icon.

great! can the fill in color be the same exact color as the line color? The line is darker than the fill in color.

Dear Rodger

The filling color in PRTG graphs is always lighter than the line color. This cannot be changed, only the line color and line width can be customized.

Dear Rodger

The graph always goes from left to right. It is not possible to reverse the direction.

If you have a third party reporting / graphing tool and just need the input data from PRTG, you can use the PRTG API to extract historic data of a sensor. The API documentation is integrated into PRTG, menu Setup | PRTG API. The important tabs are "HTTP API" to learn about the general structure and "Historic Data" so see how historic data can be read out of PRTG.

Another option is the PRTG data extractor which copies the historic data to an MSSQL database.
