Hi there,

It depends on which protocols are provided by the target device. Unfortunately, we do not have those devices in our testing environment. If the devices are capable of SNMP, you can use the manufacturer's MIB file to create sensors within PRTG.

Getting values out of a MIB file can be time consuming and tricky. To ease this process you can use our MIB Importer. You can convert the manufacturer's MIB-files to OIDlibs, which can be imported in PRTG. Furthermore you can use the MIB Importer to browse for values of your interest. After creating the OIDlib you can add an SNMP Library Sensor and choose the sensors you want to create.
