Other - Line Appears in Top Talker

I am new to PRTG. I have installed and work but don't understand why I have a line that Labeled "Other" which always appears at the top of my reports. All other lines are numbered. Is this the flow data from my Cisco router? See below. I could attached PDF but don't see that option.
