I cannot get notifications anymore

it was working fine but now it stopped completely. i get the below message:

10/19/2015 10:25:14 AM None Group Root Notification Info Error sending "Email": Connection failed ("10.123.110.220")

i checked with our system admin team and nothing is blocked from their side. the IP mentioned above is our DNS server.

Hello,

In order to troubleshoot why your notifications aren't being sent-out, please take a look at this article on how to enable the debug log for notification delivery so that you can troubleshoot it
