PRTG Factory sensor

Hello experts,

We are experiencing a weird problem that we have remote probes installed on our devices that connects to our prtg server additionally we have configured "sensor-factory" sensor with their channel ids in them just to have a better picture of the results of remote probes. What happens is that for some period the "sensor-factory" sensor shows in the grey color inspite that it pulls the data from the parent remote probe correctly after some time all our factory sensors become green again. I am using version "PRTG Network Monitor 15.1.15.2022 x64" with cluster configured one acting as master the one as slave. Any idea why the sensor-factory sensors become grey with the OK status message but after some time becomes green again.

Regards FRANK

Is the scanning interval of the factory sensor smaller than any of its source channels? This might be the the cause of it. Simply increase the scanning interval of the factory sensor accordingly and it should work just fine :)
