Dear leomonnin

Did you input a custom channel configuration in the sensor settings?

No, i don't have change configuration of channel in the sensor setting.

Dear leomonnin

For further analysis, please create an SNMP traffic sensor. Do you see comparable, or more, or less traffic on that sensor compared to the traffic channel of the Netflow sensor?

It's very irregular.

The netflow is higher than SNMP trafic, then the SNMP trafic is higher than the netflow, etc.

on average, i would say it's comparable.

Dear leomonnin

Please check the Probe Health sensor for the "Lost Flow Packets" channel. Is your PRTG losing flows?

Please also create the Netflow sensor anew. Does it now show toplists?

If you have no luck, please also restart the probe service.

Lost Flow Packets is 0%. After delete and create a new sensor netflow, this is always the same situations. And after restart the probe service so. Don't undesrtand what is going...

It is because my active flow timeout settings at 30mn on my wlc and at 31mn on my sensor ?

Thanks you for your help.

Dear leomonnin

For analysis, please set the Cisco to 5 minutes and the sensor to 6 minutes. Are you now getting data in the toplists?

I'm sorry but as I said in my first post, I don't find how to configure the active flow timeout on WLC 2500 series.

Find for routeur, switch etc. but not for my WLC...

I have test the command for routeur and other on a session in Telnet and in SSH, but command is not recognize.

Dear leomonnin

Please also contact [email protected]. Please include the error description and a streamlog.

(To create that streamlog, please go to the sensor settings and set "Log Stream Data to Disk (for Debugging)" to "All stream data". The output file is usually written to "C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor\StreamLog". Please compress the file using Zip (please no obscure compression algorithm) to attach the compressed file to your email. The compressed Zip file should be below 10 MB in size.)
