I'm receiving a warning for "windows defender up to date, on access scan running". The status, although, is green, but the sensor shows as yellow. Why is that so ? How can I change it so it shows as OK ?

we appreciate your inquiry.
As per our release notes PRTG's version 15.4.20.4377/4378 includes a bugfix for the described behavior of the WMI Security Center sensor.
Kindly update to the latest version from within (Setup > Auto-Update > 'Check for Latest Update and Download'). Please note that monitoring will be disrupted for a few minutes during the update, remote probes (if any) will automatically be updated after the core server is updated.
