Is there a way to look up a map by the user entered Map Id versus having to use the system generate Id? We're trying to link our Access Points to a map without having to create another cross-reference table to find the system generated id. If we can build the map and assign the Map Id the same value as the Access Point in the systems, we can show the map to the inbound call rep as desired...with minimal additional coding.
Note: These are public maps.
