hoe to migrate configurations

Dear All,

I'm trying to migrate from my workstation to a server for testing .

im currently evaluating the product and would really appreciate your support .

both version in my workstation and the VM server got the latest version .

i looked into the KB but i could not find the stop service tab , only the restart .

and also im not sure what folder to extract and migrate to the new server , since i could not find the .dat file .

i only need to migrate the configurations .

Hi Khalid,

Please log on the PRTG host server and open the PRTG Administrator Tool. You can stop the services below the

Service Start/Stop

tab. Afterwards, you can click on the Logs and Info | Open Log Folder button to open the directory with the PRTG Configuration.dat file to migrate to your new server.
