Hi Is it somehow possible to trigger an email notification when a sensor resumes after being paused? We have a maintenance windows between midnight and 2 in the morning for which we pause certain sensors - we would like to get notified by email or push when these sensors resume.

Thank you

Hi Kenneth,

Note: We can only offer very limited support for this type of sensor since it's not developed by Paessler

Officially, you cannot trigger a notification for Resume events. Nevertheless, you might want to try the third party Sensor Status Sensor. By parsing the parameter -s=3 you can count the up sensors of a group and set limits on the results. The syntax is shown in the attached readme.txt file and the parameter will look similar to this:

-u=prtgadmin -p=prtgadmin -url=IP-Address -id=2778 -r=2777 -s=3

Finally, you can create a trigger on this sensor to send the notification.

Best regards, Felix
