IIS Reverse Proxy - Broke Images

Votes:

0

Hello,

I setup an IIS 8 Reverse Proxy with URL Rewrite per the instructions here: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/44613-using-windows-iis-as-ssl-proxy-for-prtg

I have set everything up exactly as it shows and I'm able to access the site. However, all of the images are broken (pretty much all formatting is lost). I have attempted to setup outbound rewrite rules that result in a 404. One thing I noticed is if I view the source and attempt to access the file via the FQDN mentioned in the rewrite I get a 404. I'm able to login but images are broken. If anyone can shed some light on this I'd GREATLY appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi,

could you activate failed request tracing in IIS?
What results do you get?

Did that and it wasn't showing anything. I found that disabling the Output Cache resolved the issue.
