Could you attach a screenshot of the error? What do you do to provoke it? Android and PRTG version would also be helpful in order to track down the issue :)

That's not really helpful :( We need screenshots of your android phone (with the error displayed), your Android and PRTG version. And the steps you take to produce the error.

Can you use a simple test login? This should usually work and hasn't been changed in a while... :)

if I did not do as Enter login and password and gives me that error change http to https port and do not get any result just the error

I could never login in android nesesito prtg see my probe that's all alarms and device status :)
