LDAP custom

Hi,

I have read your KB about LDAP authentication with Active Directory. We have setup it and it's working fine. However, I saw that PRTG use the "pre logon Windows 2000" (known as "sam account") in order to authenticate the users.

But in our case, we would like to use the "user logon name", which is different from the "sam account". Is it a specific way to change and control the account base authentication ? On the Web GUI, I did'nt find anything.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,
we will put that on the wishlist for upcoming releases but I cannot guarantee if or when this will be implemented.
Best regards
