How can I use the Business Process sensor?

The Business Process sensor seems to be a good tool to see at a glance if a business process is running smoothly and if every user can successfully complete the process. However, I was wondering how exactly I can set up this sensor.

Could you illustrate a setup for the Business Process sensor with some sample use cases?
