Hi, How can I know that what an error means in my logs? For example, I am getting these errors on a Dell PowerEdge server:

- Error in Global System Status: 'Critical' - Memory Device Status: 'Critical' - Chassis Status: 'Critical'

There are no more details! How can I troubleshoot this way?!

Thanks

Dear xpreme

These metrics are read out of the Dell server via SNMP. There is no further information PRTG can grab via SNMP. Please open the Dell OpenManage suite on the computer which you monitor to get further information.
