Error SNMP # 2003

Hola, buen día.

PRTG muestra el siguiente error, pero no eh podido determinar cual es la causa... me podrían ayudar?

PRTG shows the following error, but I'm not able to determine what the cause ... I could help?)

No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (error SNMP # -2003)

Your device is not responding to SNMP requests. This might be due to the following things:

  • Your server is not allowed to request SNMP values from the device
  • The SNMP service on the device is not configured correctly
  • The SNMP service crashed (that would be the case if the sensors were working and suddenly stopped)

All in all, please take a look at your appliance' manual on how to configure SNMP properly :)
