Remote Port monitoring

I am trying to setup a sensor that can monitor a remote port on another system to see if it can successfully complete a TCP handshake. I do see the "port sensor" but it does not ask for the IP or address of the remote system, only the port number. How can I do this?

When you create a new device with the IP of the system you want to monitor, add the port sensor to that device and PRTG will check if the port is open on the given address :)
