I would like to Monitor my Windows Server 2012 R2 Storage Pool Health. How does this work (maybe with PS-command "Get-StoragePool")?

Thx!

If you can retrieve the necessary information with Get-StoragePool, then yes. You can use a EXE/Script Advanced Sensor in conjunction with a script (which you have to develop) to get the values into PRTG. A descripton of the necessary format can be found under Setup > PRTG API > Advanced Script And HTTP Data Sensors.
