basically we want to monitor services up & down alert if port 443 is not reachable then we should g

What I am trying to do is to monitor the Https using PRTG using the port 443 so that I can get an alert that it is up or down.

Add a HTTP sensor to your device and then enter the URL as https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx replacing xxx with your DNS or IP. That sensor will monitor the port 443 for you and report if it goes down.
