How can I monitor avaya switches with PRTG?

I have a avaya switch ERS8806, so i try to create a community string with the following commands:

snmp-server community public1234 group readgrp index first secname readview and snmp-server community private1234 group v1v2grp index second secname initialview

But when i add the device on the prtg the snmp doesn't work.

somebody has tried?

avaya ers8806 prtg

Hello,

please understand that we can not support you in configuring your switch.

We do not have an Avaya switch in our test lab, so we can not tell you if your configuration is correct, sorry.
