Configuration corrupting on scheduled restart

Votes:

0

I am seeing an issue across two separate PRTG (15.3.19.4027) installations where the configuration file is corrupting upon scheduled core restart.

I have set the core to restart automatically once a month however upon shutting down it will not restart and upon trying to manually restart the core via the PRTG Administration Tool, I am forced to swap the configuration file for a backup as I receive the XML error message.

Any ideas?

Dear user

Currently, no such issue is know. I would like to investigate this further.

Please create a support ticket including a support bundle. Please use the PRTG webinterface, menu Setup / Contact Support. The support bundle contains a selection of important log files which helps as an entry point for analysis.
