Cannot send alert to vtext.com

We have email alerts set up. But we would like to set up our PRTG server to send text messages to our cell phones if our email server goes down. We use Verizon phones so we can email [email protected] and it will convert the email to a text message. However, when we test this, we just get the error "Error sending "Email": error: address blocked 0 0". I have tested the vtext.com address from my Outlook and it works no problem. Emails from PRTG to our email work fine as well. Is there somewhere in PRTG where I can find more info on this error?

Hi,

Can you please forward a screenshot to [email protected] which shows the exact error message and where this message occurs? Can you send emails to other external addresses?

Best regards, Felix

I'll forward it to the email address. But I'll post the screenshot here too:

It's showing in our basic PRTG log. Sending to other external addresses works fine, like my gmail account for example.
