Is there a way to view all tickets with more detail?

I want to be able to print or save a screenshot of the open tickets daily for logging purposes but if I look at all the open tickets, very minimal information is given. The only way that I see to get more information is to select a ticket, but that only shows information for that ticket.

I want a view with a bit more information where I can see all the tickets at the same time. It could be a report or just a more verbose view.

we appreciate your contact.

It's not possible to report on tickets, but you may use PRTG's HTTP API to query ticket-related information. More information can be located within PRTG under Setup > PRTG API.
