Hi support,

We've noticed that our cluster gets disconnected at 6pm. in the logs I see

1/21/2016 6:07:01 PM Cluster: Save Device Tree
1/21/2016 6:07:02 PM Trying to restart PRTG Core Server Reason: Cluster: Restarting Core Server

1/21/2016 6:07:03 PM Cluster: Restarting Core Server
1/21/2016 6:07:08 PM PRTG is shutting down

This is due to the configurations being synced between core and failover. There are two types of changes. One that can be done without restarting (like changing an interval) and those who require a restart (moving many objects within the tree). Your failover node received a change that required a restart in order for the configuration to be processed, hence the reboot :)
