Gaps in PRTG sensor data

Votes:

0

We had an issue yesterday where the live data shows gaps in the graphs looking at the raw sensor data there are also gaps there, we have checked across multiple sensors and all the graphs and sensor data show gaps at the same time.

It doesn't look to be a time sync issue, as far as I can see.

Any ideas as to where I can start an investigation as to what has gone wrong.

Probably your probe was down. How large is the gap actually? It might be possible that the clock of the server has been set to a value in the future, hence the gap. This also happens when the time is switched from Summer Time to Daylight Saving Time :)
