The original SNMP Custom Sensor only allows a single channel, but the later released (2015) SNMP Custom sensors are multi-channel, allowing up to 10 OID's per sensor:

You can create one channel for each SNMP Custom sensor only. If you want to combine the channels of several sensors into one chart, please use a Sensor Factory sensor.
