At first, sorry for my bad english.

Today I try the IMAP Sensor to search for keywords in mails.

If I configure the data for my google account it works.

For my Exchange 2013 Server ist doesn't work.

Both Imap services runs on Exchange.

My data

Server with internal IP to exclude DNS problems Port: 143 Username: I tried administrator and [email protected] Password: the Password of the Administrator

Transport level Security the first option: Use Transport-Level Security if available using StartTLS (default): Choose this option to try connecting to the server using TLS and StartTLS. If the server does not support this, the sensor will try connecting without encryption.

I search in the internet, knowledge base and the videos in Youtube, no solution found.

Thank for Help

Hi,
Could you enable the debug logging?
On tab Settings of the sensor set option Sensor Result to Write sensor result to disk (Filename: "Result of Sensor [ID].txt").
This will create said file in PRTG Data Directory. What are the results here?
