Are we have any data lost

Hello, We want change PRTG server into Windows 2003 into Windows 2012. So when we do this change, are we have any data lost ?. We don't want to lose any data. Can you help us for this topic. Thank you for your interest.

Hello, we appreciate your contact.

We can't confirm the effects of an in-place upgrade from Windows 2003 to 2012 on the system which runs PRTG. To "play safe" you should move PRTG's data to a different system and perform a clean install of the server, afterwards you may restore PRTG's data and re-install the latest stable version.

You may even move PRTG to a different system (using a trial key/freeware version) and run it there for up to 30 days without issues.
