Local probe Disconnected

My PRTG server is showing Local probe Disconnected message. I've already tried with NoMacScan registry modification, but with no results. The service PRTG Probe Service hungs in stopping state

How can y solve it?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your KB-Post. Can you please try a full system reboot of the host machine? If after the reboot, the Local Probe is still disconnected, please forward us a Support Bundle including the system log files for analysis.

This can be done via the "Contact Support" ribbon in the lower right corner of the web interface.

Please refer to this KB-Thread when submitting the Bundle.
