When using Class C Base with start/end (IPv4) as IP Selection method you need to leave the last digit out (10.200.0) and define below IPv4 Range Start and IPv4 Range End. Or you could use IP and subet (IPv4) as IP Selection method which enables you to enter something like 10.200.0.0/24.

Kind regards.
