Customized Threshold notification.

Hi ,

I want to have customized notification for Threshold Trigger.

e.g. When threshold is reached we get notification saying " CPU threshold reached (CPU) (75%)" , however when it becomes normal the notification that we receive doesn't carry any meaning e.g " CPU threshold not reached (CPU) (70%)" , instead we want the message to be " CPU threshold is ok now (CPU) (70%).

Is it possible to make this change in notification ?

Dear Prasad

I am sorry, that is not possible. The "condition clear" trigger only evaluates the condition, not the previous limit or error message which led to the alarm.

Dear Prasad

This is not directly possible. You would need to send emails via a custom script, which stores the statusmessage that was sent by the alarm trigger and re-use that message for the clearing trigger.
