Intervals for Remote Sites

Hi,

we have about 20 clients with remote probes.

i like to have different intervals for a few of the remote offices.

How can i make a overall interval for all sensors (ping, http, diskspace, etc) for a remote probe? I experienced that if i make a 5min interval on the remote probe, the ping interval always takes 30secondes unless i change it.

thanks alot, adrian

Hello Adrian,

The sensor will inherit the settings for the scanning interval by default. Try to change the scanning interval directly on the remote probe node (not the remote probe device), this is located directly below the root object of the device tree.

If the inheritance for ping sensors is removed, you can use the multi-edit feature to change the scanning interval of all ping sensors.

Best regards, Felix
