Using the API to Sort Devices and Sensors Alphabetically

Votes:

Hi, I know how to sort my objects in the web and enterprise console by chosing the option in the GUI and that works fine, but I was hoping there might be an option to use the API to initiate a sort via some automation. Is there an API call which might kick off the sort routine? Otherwise, a future option which would be quite welcome is an auto-sort feature which would just keep devices and sensors sorted alphabetically so that we didn't have to keep manually telling it to sort the objects.

Thank you! Adam

That's easy:

:)
