Can I upgrade unlicensed PRTG version 13 to a licensed PRTG version 16?

I would like to purchase a licensed PRTG version 16 to replace an unlicensed PRTG version 13. I have probes, sensors, configurations and database that would be difficult to lose.How can I achieve this if it is possible?

First, contact our Customer Service team to renew your software maintenance. Once this has been resolved please proceed as below:

As stated here when migrating from version 12, 13 and 14 no intermediate versions are required, you can simply install the latest version on top of the previous version. Your configuration will be kept.

Please keep our system Requirements in mind when updating PRTG, if you're running PRTG on an older Windows version please migrate to a modern operating system before upgrading PRTG.
