Machines are getting detected again in auto discovery

Machines are getting detected again in auto discovery group although they are available in other group. For example there is a desktop machine which is already in the tree but again it's detected in auto discovery group.

Also what do i need to do on firewall to add snmp traffic sensor.

The auto-discovery tries to avoid creating duplicated, please compare the DNS/IP field from both (Original and duplicated) device, is it exactly the same?

As for the SNMP configuration for your firewall, please check the device's documentation or contact the vendor regarding the "SNMP Configuration. Within PRTG, enter the SNMP Credentials on the "Settings" tab o the device were you want to add the sensors. Please note that the device needs to respond to "Ping" requests to be compatible with auto-discovery.
