Core Server Overburdened

We have a single core server but we are getting lots of probe health errors and losing flows. We are trying to come up with a way to split the load between multiple core servers. Currently we have:

Database Objects

Probes 71 Groups 106 Devices 662 Sensors 13035 Channels 58910 Requests/Second 198

PRTG is also extremely sluggish when trying to add or change devices or sensors.

What would be the best course of action to get our PRTG infrastructure back into a working state.
