Could we have an additional view with a different hierarchy for devices. For example. The main device hierarchy follows the location of the devices. Hence the devices are arranged into region, country and location groups. The dependency and notification is based on these groups. How can we fulfill the requirement to show the devices based on a different hierarchy only for view purpose. This hierarchy would be helpful to define services and group servers based on services. This group is not used for notifications or dependency.

Dear ruflxs
PRTG only allows one hierarchical view. For custom views, PRTG offers libraries. However, libraries are collections of (up to 1000) sensors with no further hierarchy.
