Updateing PRTG and Adding New License Key

I have just renewed my PRTG maintenance / support contract and received a new license key. I am currently running the following level of software:

PRTG VersionPRTG Network Monitor 14.4.12.3510 x64 Auto-Update StatusVersion 14.4.12.3510 successfully installed Operating SystemWindows Server 2012 (6.2.2 Build 9200 ), 4 CPUs (Quad x64 Model 46 Step 6), code page "Windows-1252", on "MICROSOFT VIRTUAL DISK" Server Time6/28/2016 3:01:08 PM (UTC-05:00) Server CPU Load10% UsernameTodd Knower Browser Mozilla Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0)

Do I run auto update, enter the new key, and / or in what order do I do this?

Hello,

Thank you very much for your KB-Post. Yes, with a new license key, please first Enter it into the application and make sure the license is successfully activated. Once this then is accomplished, you can use the Auto-Update to get the latest version of PRTG.
