My maps are not shown.

Instead the map shows a message with "As of July 11, 2016 direct tile access has been discontinued" and a link to:

News: We've released a new Stable version which addresses the issue. Please review our release-notes:

July 12th 2016 – Version 16.3.24.4969/4970

IMPORTANTGEO MAPSWe are currently rerouting the map requests from MapQuest to Nokia Maps.

Updating to the version above will get your maps working again (with Nokia Maps instead of MapQuest). For further details:

As of now you can use the Auto-Update to update to the version above or later.

Best Regards,

Hi,

MapQuest has changed the API for the maps requiring an API key to use it.

Right now the solution is change the maps to Nokia maps.

If we are stuck (for a time) on an older version and simply change the maps provider over to Nokia Maps, should that work? We did make that change on our one site and are still not getting map tiles. I just wanted to check to see if we should get Nokia Maps on v15.3.17.2996 or if the upgrade to 16.3.24.4970 is necessary to get Nokia maps working outright.

Thanks, Todd

It should work with older versions as well, you may have to clear your browser cache in order for it to be displayed properly :)
