User Account added in two different AD Groups but he isn´t able to see only the the persmissinos of

Hello,

one of our users is registred on two dieffernent AD Groups. The backround ist to be able to have the rights of both groups (both are just able to read only). Is there any reason why he is able to see only the Probes that can see only the primary group which is listed on his user account?

Is it possible that the child devices (of the other group he can't see) don't have the other user group enabled for reading permissions?

We can also continue in German if you prefer that:

Kann es sein, dass die Objekte innerhalb der Gruppe noch keine Lese-Rechte für die andere Benutzergruppe des Users haben?

Ja, die eine Benutzergruppe (die bei dem User als Primärgruppe zugewiesen wurde) hat keine Lese-Rechte auf die Objekte innerhalb der Probe.

Unser Beispiel: Wir haben 2 Probes (P1, P2) und 2 Benutzergruppen (BG1=Primärgruppe,BG2=Gruppenmitgliedschaft) die AD Gruppen sind. Jede Benutzergruppe hat auf jeweils eine Probe (P1 oder P2) Lese-Rechte. Obwohl dieser User der Mitglied beider Benutzergruppen (BG1 und BG2) ist, sieht er bloß die Probe die ihm PRTG als Primärgruppe in seinem Benutzerkonto zuweist.

Wie können wir in dem Fall eine Lösung finden?

Und Benutzer, die jeweils nur in einer der beiden Gruppen sind und keine Administratoren sind, sehen alles innerhalb der Probe?

Genau. Jeder Benutzer sieht die Probe auf der die Benutzergruppe wo er Mitglied ist Lese-Rechte hat.

Ich glaube, hier kommen wir um eine Remote-Session nicht wirklich herum - könnten Sie bitte ein Support-Ticket aufmachen mit Verweis auf diesen Thread? Ich kann allerdings jetzt schon sagen, dass das heute nichtmehr klappen wird, da aktuell recht viel zu tun ist bei uns. Am Montag sollte das aber klappen :)
