I need to get an alert if a file is not updated regularly. I cant find anything with that option

This can be done with the File sensor. Please note that the service "LanmanServer" must be running on the target computer to allow the sensor access to a share.
You can set a limit on the "Last modified" channel to get notified if the file was not modified for a set amount of time.
