Monitor PRTG's database

I want to Monitor PRTG's database data. It is like I want to monitor one sensor's channel and that channel's different between today and yesterday . Is PRTG can do that

Sorry, that's not possible - you can however use the 2 day graph to see the data in one graph.

The database itself cannot be accessed externally. You can sure create a script that monitors "snapshots" of a sensor and compares it to yesterdays value, but that will double your sensor count if you want to do that for every sensor :)
