Hi,
I have several ILO 's about ;
twenty of ILO 4 , four of ILO 3 and two of ILO 2.
with ILO 4 prtg monitoring sensor is without issues ( HP Proliant System Health & SNMP HP ProLiant Physical Disk ) .
with ILO 3 and ILO 2 adding SNMP HP ProLiant Physical Disk can not be done due to error :
| SNMP Error # -2003 . |
All firewalls are same and SNMP is working , but the issue still occurs.
Any suggestions are most welcome !

Hello and thank you for your post.
Please download our latest SNMP Tester, run it on the PRTG Host (or host of the Remote Probe), and perform a "Walk" against the target device providing the "1.3.6.1.4.1.232.3.2.5.1" OID (without quotes) as parameter.
Which results do you get in the Tester? Please share the result logfile from the Tester.

The test confirms the timeout (Error -2003), which means that PRTG hasn't received a reply for that query, which is the main OID which contains the information relevant to this sensor.
If you run this test again against a server were the sensor works it will get a valid reply/result.
This could mean that SNMP is not enabled/configured or that these OID's are simply not available on this System. We recommend that you check the sensor's requirements in the manual page's remarks section.
