Metrics for managing staff

Hi,

I want to be easily able to report on the average time taken to acknowledge an alarm. This is a key performance measure for my Operations team.

Ideally i would like; Set filter for Between 9am and 6pm Total alarms in this period Average response time Maximum response time Number of responses >5 minutes Number of responses great than 10 minutes

Unfortunately, reporting on those metrics isn't possible in PRTG. It may be possible however to use the API and a custom script (which you have to come up with) to calculate what you need. That will probably include some user, time and date parsing. Not an easy one, sorry!
