Customized MAP icons lost after upgrade

Hello,

An update of PRTG Network Monitor has been done from "Startup: Starting Core Server: PRTG Network Monitor 15.3.18.3510 x64 PRTG Network Monitor 1000" to "Startup: Starting Core Server: PRTG Network Monitor 16.3.25.5488 x64 PRTG Network Monitor Trial (30 days left)".

Unfortunately it looks like I have lost my initial license of 1000 sensors, and also all the customized icons used for the MAPs and stored under PRTG Network Monitor\webroot\mapicons\defaulticons1.

please advise how can I recover to initial state (roll-back if possible) so that to have again 1000 sensors license and recover lost MAP icons.

Is it possible that you installed a trial version of PRTG when you updated? Please open up a support request with [email protected] so we can resolve the issue properly, as we're going to need your license key for this.
