I am using the built in server. Any idea about what is wrong?

Status sending Email: DNS Server: 10.128.0.1 E-Mail: "email@address.com". Can not connect to MX servers for address email@address.com.

We will need some screenshots of your notifications delivery settings. Please open a support ticket so we will continue troubleshooting there. Please refer to this KB article in the ticket.
