Hi there,

PRTG will not store the passwords in clear text for security reasons, therefore it will not be possible to change the passwords without using the web interface, sorry.

Best regards, Felix

Hello,

You can use the web interface to change the passwords, but it needs to be done on all devices where the password changed. Please understand that we will not give out information to decrypt the passwords.

Best regards, Felix
