How do the number of users increase using the RAMP test in Webserver Stress Tool?

I tried the evaluation product and tried doing the ramp test. From my observation, the number of users increases just by one. Can I set it to increment by 10? or 100? Or is the increment in the number of users, relative to the number of users set before the test?

The number of users steadily increases from the start of the test to about 80% of the time for the test when it reaches the total number.
